Starting at an early age of 13 in the summer of 97... Josh started working with his Step Father Rod and Business partner John, a 3rd generation tile artisan as a grunt.

"I remember it like it was yesterday, mixing mortar out of a tow behind cement mixer" Josh exclaims, "I was able to make extra money after school and on weekends to afford Christmas presents for my family, all while learning a trade".

Josh continued working in the tile industry through high school and after graduating high school joined the union.
